Wayne Bennett will no longer work with the Kiwis. New Zealand Rugby League has announced Bennett is unavailable to continue on as technical advisor to Stephen Kearney, despite the success of the partnership last year.
Bennett has told the NZRL he needs to concentrate on his new job as St George Illawarra's NRL coach.
Former international Tony Iro has been announced as the new assistant coach. Iro's first assignment will be this year's Anzac Test against the Kangaroos at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on May 8th.
